Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Blacklick Valley knocked off by Harmony Area

The Harmony Area Owls basketball team scored 50 points and held the visiting Blacklick Valley Vikings to 41 in the Owls non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Owls now sport a 12-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ferndale for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 3. Harmony Area will meet a Yellow Jackets team coming off a 65-40 league loss to North Star (Boswell, PA). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 6-9.

The Vikings (11-7) will now prepare for their contest against Portage (Portage, PA). The Mustangs enter the Western Pennsylvania - Northern contest with a 17-0 record. In their last contest, Portage ran past Windber (Windber, PA), 67-56, in a league contest.
