Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Hanover Central Wildcats (Cedar Lake, IN) and the host Highland Trojans (Highland, IN), saw Hanover Central's basketball squad knock off Highland by a count of 55-39.

With the victory, Hanover Central upgrades its record to 10-6 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Hobart (Hobart, IN) to play the Brickies in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 7. The Brickies come into the challenge with a record of 6-9. Hobart lost 63-41 in their recent league challenge against Kankakee Valley (Wheatfield, IN)

Next up, the Trojans play the East Chicago Central Cardinals (East Chicago, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 4. Highland will attempt to upgrade on its 3-15 season record.
