In Saturday's league outing, the Lake Station Edison Fighting Eagles (Lake Station, IN) basketball squad nipped the host Hanover Central Wildcats (Cedar Lake, IN), by a margin of 55-51.

The Fighting Eagles (13-1) will now prepare for their outing against River Forest (Hobart, IN). The Ingots go into the Greater South Shore outing with a 4-11 record.
