February 2, 2023: Raleigh, NC 27615 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Trinity Academy Tigers (Raleigh, NC) and the host Ravenscroft Ravens (Raleigh, NC), saw Trinity Academy's basketball squad hold off Ravenscroft by a tally of 51-48.
With the victory, Trinity Academy improves its record to 18-5 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to St. David's (Raleigh, NC) to play the Warriors in a NCISAA Capital City challenge on Friday, February 3. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 0-16. St. David's lost 75-36 in their recent non-league challenge against Durham Academy (Durham, NC)
Next up, the Ravens play the North Raleigh Christian Academy Knights (Raleigh, NC) in a NCISAA Triangle challenge, on Tuesday, February 7. Ravenscroft will attempt to improve on its 21-6 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 13-13 record after their 71-50 non-league win over Cape Fear Christian Academy (Erwin, NC).
