In Thursday's league outing, the Catholic Central Sabers (Manistee, MI) basketball squad nipped the host Marion Eagles (Marion, MI), by a count of 45-38.

With the win, Catholic Central upgrades its record to 13-3 on the season. The Sabers travel to Bear Lake (Bear Lake, MI) to play the Lakers in a West Michigan D bout on Tuesday, February 7.
