Minnesota High School Basketball - Wabasso ripped by Cedar Mountain
February 2, 2024: Wabasso, MN 56293 The Cedar Mountain Cougars basketball team scored 77 points and held the host Wabasso Rabbits to 31 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Friday.
The Cougars now sport a 11-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sleepy Eye for a A Section 2 contest on Tuesday, February 6. Cedar Mountain will meet a Indians team coming off a 55-53 league win over New Ulm Cathedral (New Ulm, MN). The Indians record now stands at 14-4.
The Rabbits (4-15) will now prepare for their contest against Central Minnesota Christian (Prinsburg, MN). The Bluejays enter the A Section 3 contest with a 13-5 record. In their last contest, Central Minnesota Christian triumphed over Lakeview (Cottonwood, MN), 82-41, in a league contest.
