January 9, 2024: New Ulm, MN 56073 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Minnesota Valley Lutheran Chargers (New Ulm, MN) and the visiting Wabasso Rabbits (Wabasso, MN), saw Minnesota Valley Lutheran's basketball squad wallop Wabasso by a tally of 81-51.
With the victory, Minnesota Valley Lutheran improves its record to 9-1 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Sleepy Eye (Sleepy Eye, MN) to confront the Indians in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 11. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 8-1. Sleepy Eye won 58-52 in their recent league challenge against Cedar Mountain (Morgan, MN)
Next up, the Rabbits confront the Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart Mustangs (Hector, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 12. Wabasso will attempt to improve on its 3-8 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 1-10 record after their 89-56 league loss to St. Mary's (Sleepy Eye, MN).
