February 2, 2024: Cuba City, WI 53807 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Cuba City Cubans (Cuba City, WI) and the visiting Fennimore Golden Eagles (Fennimore, WI), saw Cuba City's basketball squad wallop Fennimore by a count of 55-34.
With the victory, Cuba City upgrades its record to 9-8 on the campaign. The Cubans host Platteville (Platteville, WI) to play the Hillmen in a non-league challenge on Monday, February 5. The Hillmen come into the challenge with a record of 14-3. Platteville won 84-48 in their recent league challenge against Richland Center (Richland Center, WI)
Next up, the Golden Eagles play the Westby Norsemen (Westby, WI) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 5. Fennimore will attempt to upgrade on its 3-16 season record. The Norsemen come into the challenge with a 7-12 record after their 102-68 league loss to West Salem (West Salem, WI).
