Wisconsin High School Basketball - Fennimore holds off Boscobel
December 7, 2023: Fennimore, WI 53809 Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Fennimore Golden Eagles (Fennimore, WI) and the visiting Boscobel Bulldogs (Boscobel, WI), saw Fennimore's basketball squad hold off Boscobel by a tally of 36-29.
With the victory, Fennimore improves its record to 2-3 on the campaign. The Golden Eagles travel to Darlington (Darlington, WI) to confront the Redbirds in a Southwest Wisconsin Activities challenge on Tuesday, December 12. The Redbirds come into the challenge with a record of 4-0. Darlington won 89-65 in their recent league challenge against Cuba City (Cuba City, WI)
Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Mineral Point Pointers (Mineral Point, WI) in a Southwest Wisconsin Activities challenge, on Tuesday, December 12. Boscobel will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record. The Pointers come into the challenge with a 5-0 record after their 68-30 non-league win over Prairie du Chien (Prairie du Chien, WI).
