Wisconsin High School Basketball - Southwestern overwhelms Boscobel
February 8, 2024: Hazel Green, WI 53811 Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Southwestern Wildcats (Hazel Green, WI) and the visiting Boscobel Bulldogs (Boscobel, WI), saw Southwestern's basketball squad wallop Boscobel by a tally of 71-40.
With the victory, Southwestern improves its record to 15-7 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Darlington (Darlington, WI) to confront the Redbirds in a Southwest Wisconsin Activities challenge on Tuesday, February 13. The Redbirds come into the challenge with a record of 19-2. Darlington won 70-54 in their recent non-league challenge against Monroe (Monroe, WI)
Next up, the Bulldogs confront the River Ridge Timberwolves (Patch Grove, WI) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 9. Boscobel will attempt to improve on its 5-15 season record. The Timberwolves come into the challenge with a 15-4 record after their 68-41 non-league win over De Soto (De Soto, WI).
