Louisiana High School Basketball - Notre Dame can't hold off DeQuincy
February 2, 2024: DeQuincy, LA 70633 The DeQuincy Tigers basketball team scored 39 points and restricted the visiting Notre Dame Pioneers to 34 in the Tigers league victory on Friday.
The Tigers now sport a 10-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lake Arthur for a 2A District 5 contest on Tuesday, February 6.
The Pioneers (7-9) will now prepare for their contest against Grand Lake (Lake Charles, LA). The Hornets come into the 2A District 5 contest with a 6-19 record. In their last contest, Grand Lake was nudged by Vinton (Vinton, LA), 74-57, in a league contest.
