In Friday's league match, the host New Buffalo Bison basketball team scored a good 53-33 triumph over the Eau Claire Beavers.

In their next game, the Bison meet the River Valley Mustangs (Three Oaks, MI) in a Berrien-Cass-St. Joseph - White match, on Saturday, February 3. New Buffalo will attempt to move on its 8-7 season record. The Mustangs enter the match with a 0-11 record after their 50-30 league loss to Covert (Covert, MI).
