Ohio High School Basketball - Triad holds off Fairbanks
February 2, 2024: North Lewisburg, OH 43060 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Triad Cardinals (North Lewisburg, OH) and the visiting Fairbanks Panthers (Milford Center, OH), saw Triad's basketball squad hold off Fairbanks by a tally of 50-49.
With the victory, Triad improves its record to 4-13 on the campaign. The Cardinals host Greeneview (Jamestown, OH) to confront the Rams in a Ohio Heritage challenge on Saturday, February 3. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 11-6. Greeneview won 68-47 in their recent league challenge against Catholic Central (Springfield, OH)
Next up, the Panthers confront the Madison Plains Golden Eagles (London, OH) in a Ohio Heritage challenge, on Monday, February 5. Fairbanks will attempt to improve on its 16-4 season record. The Golden Eagles come into the challenge with a 8-12 record after their 56-29 non-league win over Jefferson Township (Dayton, OH).
