Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Harper Hornets (Harper, OR) and the host Huntington Locomotives (Huntington, OR), saw Harper's basketball squad wallop Huntington by a tally of 68-40.

With the victory, Harper improves its record to 6-11 on the campaign. The Hornets host Vale (Vale, OR) to confront the Vikings in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 8. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 15-7.

Next up, the Locomotives confront the Four Rivers Falcons (Ontario, OR) in a 1A High Desert challenge, on Saturday, February 3. Huntington will attempt to improve on its 4-10 season record.
