West Virginia High School Basketball - PikeView overwhelms Liberty
February 2, 2024: Princeton, WV 24740 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the PikeView Panthers (Princeton, WV) and the visiting Liberty Raiders (Glen Daniel, WV), saw PikeView's basketball squad wallop Liberty by a tally of 74-45.
With the victory, PikeView improves its record to 5-8 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Liberty (Glen Daniel, WV) to confront the Raiders in a Coalfield AA challenge on Tuesday, February 6. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 2-12.
Next up, the Raiders confront the Summers County Bobcats (Hinton, WV) in a Coalfield AA challenge, on Monday, February 5. Liberty will attempt to improve on its 2-12 season record. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a 7-7 record after their 61-53 non-league loss to Midland Trail (Hico, WV).
