Illinois High School Basketball - McHenry crushes Prairie Ridge
February 2, 2024: Crystal Lake, IL 60012 McHenry Warriors (McHenry, IL) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Prairie Ridge Wolves (Crystal Lake, IL), 84-52 in a league bout.
With the win, McHenry upgrades its record to 19-7 on the season. The Warriors travel to Dundee-Crown (Carpentersville, IL) to play the Chargers in a Fox Valley bout on Tuesday, February 6. The Chargers go into the bout with a record of 9-14. Dundee-Crown lost 64-52 in their recent league bout against Jacobs (Algonquin, IL)
Next up, the Wolves play the Central Rockets (Burlington, IL) in a Fox Valley bout, on Tuesday, February 6. Prairie Ridge will attempt to upgrade on its 5-19 season record. The Rockets go into the bout with a 18-9 record after their 64-49 non-league win over Oswego (Oswego, IL).
