Louisiana High School Basketball - Ouachita Parish trounces West Ouachita
February 2, 2024: Monroe, LA 71203 The Ouachita Parish Lions (Monroe, LA) basketball crushed the visiting West Ouachita Chiefs (West Monroe, LA), 75-30 in Friday's league test.
The Lions (15-15) will now prepare for their test against Ruston (Ruston, LA). The Bearcats go into the 5A District 2 test with a 15-9 record. In their last test, Ruston was trounced by Alexandria (Alexandria, LA), 55-46, in a league test.
The Chiefs now own a 8-20 record. They play next when they host Pineville for a 5A District 2 test on Friday, February 9.
