Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Palmerton tops Salisbury Township
February 2, 2024: Palmerton, PA 18071 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Palmerton Blue Bombers (Palmerton, PA) and the visiting Salisbury Township Falcons (Allentown, PA), saw Palmerton's basketball squad knock off Salisbury Township by a tally of 63-52.
With the victory, Palmerton improves its record to 12-8 on the campaign. The Blue Bombers travel to Northern Lehigh (Slatington, PA) to play the Bulldogs in a Colonial - West challenge on Tuesday, February 6. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 2-14. Northern Lehigh lost 84-53 in their recent league challenge against Northwestern Lehigh (New Tripoli, PA)
Next up, the Falcons play the Southern Lehigh Spartans (Center Valley, PA) in a Colonial - West challenge, on Tuesday, February 6. Salisbury Township will attempt to improve on its 8-7 season record. The Spartans come into the challenge with a 4-11 record after their 45-34 non-league loss to Palisades (Kintnersville, PA).
