Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Palmerton fells Northwestern Lehigh
December 22, 2023: New Tripoli, PA 18066 Palmerton Blue Bombers (Palmerton, PA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Northwestern Lehigh Tigers (New Tripoli, PA), 63-50 in a league bout.
With the win, Palmerton upgrades its record to 6-1 on the season. The Blue Bombers travel to Allentown Central Catholic (Allentown, PA) to clash with the Vikings in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 27. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 6-3. Allentown Central Catholic won 46-40 in their recent league bout against Emmaus (Emmaus, PA)
Next up, the Tigers clash with the Salisbury Township Falcons (Allentown, PA) in a Colonial - West bout, on Saturday, December 23. Northwestern Lehigh will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record. The Falcons go into the bout with a 1-2 record after their 48-38 non-league win over Moravian Academy (Bethlehem, PA).
