In Friday's non-league bout, the Austin Eagles (Austin, IN) basketball squad overcame the host Eastern Musketeers (Pekin, IN), by a count of 44-31.

With the victory, Austin upgrades its record to 19-6 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Brownstown Central (Brownstown, IN) to play the Braves in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 3. The Braves come into the bout with a record of 16-9. Brownstown Central won 56-45 in their recent non-league bout against Henryville (Henryville, IN)
