The Ridgefield Tigers basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting Darien Blue Wave to 52 in the Tigers league triumph on Monday.

The Tigers now sport a 17-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Stamford for a Fairfield County contest on Wednesday, February 22. Ridgefield will meet a Black Knights team coming off a 72-47 league win over Norwalk (Norwalk, CT). The Black Knights record now stands at 12-7.

The Blue Wave (9-10) will now prepare for their contest against Staples (Westport, CT). The Wreckers enter the Fairfield County contest with a 14-5 record. In their last contest, Staples nudged St. Joseph (Trumbull, CT), 72-35, in a league contest.
