Vermont High School Basketball - Mt. Mansfield fells St. Johnsbury Academy
February 20, 2023: Jericho, VT 05465 Mt. Mansfield Cougars (Jericho, VT) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting St. Johnsbury Academy Hilltoppers (St. Johnsbury, VT), 55-38 in a league bout.
With the win, Mt. Mansfield upgrades its record to 9-9 on the season. The Cougars travel to Bellows Free Academy (St. Albans, VT) to play the Bobwhites/Comets in a Lake bout on Thursday, February 23. The Bobwhites/Comets go into the bout with a record of 12-7.
Next up, the Hilltoppers play the Rice Memorial Green Knights (South Burlington, VT) in a Metro challenge, on Thursday, February 23. St. Johnsbury Academy will attempt to improve on its 11-8 season record.
