In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Ashbrook Greenwave basketball team scored a decisive 84-62 triumph over the North Gaston Wildcats.

In their next game, the Greenwave meet the Kings Mountain Mountaineers (Kings Mountain, NC) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, February 21. Ashbrook will attempt to better on its 21-4 season record. The Mountaineers enter the match with a 20-5 record after their 93-81 non-league win over Forestview (Gastonia, NC).
