Minnesota High School Basketball - Zimmerman ripped by Cambridge-Isanti
February 20, 2024: Zimmerman, MN 55398 The Cambridge-Isanti Bluejackets basketball squad scored 96 points and restricted the host Zimmerman Thunder to 75 in the Bluejackets non-league victory on Tuesday.
With the victory, Cambridge-Isanti upgrades its record to 16-8 on the campaign. The Bluejackets host Duluth East (Duluth, MN) to play the Greyhounds in a AAAA Section 7 bout on Thursday, February 22. The Greyhounds come into the bout with a record of 7-15. Duluth East lost 73-61 in their recent non-league bout against Cloquet (Cloquet, MN)
Next up, the Thunder play the Princeton Tigers (Princeton, MN) in a AAA Section 5 bout, on Thursday, February 22. Zimmerman will attempt to upgrade on its 7-18 season record. The Tigers come into the bout with a 2-20 record after their 73-64 non-league win over North Branch (North Branch, MN).
