Minnesota High School Basketball - Mahtomedi routs Simley
February 20, 2024: Mahtomedi, MN 55115 In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Mahtomedi Zephyrs (Mahtomedi, MN) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Simley Spartans (Inver Grove Heights, MN), by a margin of 74-30.
The Zephyrs (13-10) will now prepare for their outing against South St. Paul (South St. Paul, MN). The Packers go into the non-league outing with a 10-12 record. In their last outing, South St. Paul was trounced by Tartan (Oakdale, MN), 63-57, in a non-league outing.
The Spartans now own a 4-20 record. They put it on the line next when they host Como Park for a AAA Section 3 match on Saturday, February 24.
