February 20, 2024: Denton, TX 76210 Prosper Eagles (Prosper, TX) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Guyer Wildcats (Denton, TX), 2-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Eagles confront the Rock Hill Blue Hawks (Frisco, TX) in a 6A Region 1 District 5 challenge, on Friday, February 23. Prosper will attempt to better on its 12-2 season record. The Blue Hawks enter the challenge with a 1-12 record after their 1-0 league loss to Braswell (Little Elm, TX).
The Wildcats now have a 8-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Little Elm for a 6A Region 1 District 5 challenge on Friday, February 23. Guyer will confront a Lobos team coming off a 3-3 league McKinney (McKinney, TX). The Lobos record now stands at 4-7.
