Minnesota High School Basketball - Duluth East overwhelms Hermantown
February 21, 2023: Hermantown, MN 55811 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Duluth East Greyhounds (Duluth, MN) and the host Hermantown Hawks (Hermantown, MN), saw Duluth East's basketball squad wallop Hermantown by a tally of 80-40.
With the victory, Duluth East improves its record to 17-8 on the campaign. The Greyhounds host Osseo (Osseo, MN) to confront the Orioles in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 24. The Orioles come into the challenge with a record of 7-17.
Next up, the Hawks confront the Denfeld Hunters (Duluth, MN) in a AAA Section 7 challenge, on Thursday, February 23. Hermantown will attempt to improve on its 6-18 season record. The Hunters come into the challenge with a 4-20 record after their 42-29 non-league win over Cook County (Grand Marais, MN).
