New Mexico High School Basketball - Coronado trounces New Mexico School for the Deaf
February 21, 2024: Santa Fe, NM 87505 The Coronado Leopards (Gallina, NM) basketball crushed the host New Mexico School for the Deaf Roadrunners (Santa Fe, NM), 76-43 in Wednesday's league test.
The Leopards (8-14) will now prepare for their test against Evangel Christian Academy/Oak Grove Classical Academy (Albuquerque, NM). The Eagle go into the A District 7 test with a 14-9 record. In their last test, Evangel Christian Academy/Oak Grove Classical Academy walloped New Mexico School for the Deaf (Santa Fe, NM), 71-36, in a league test.
The Roadrunners now own a 11-7 record. They play next when they travel to Legacy Academy for a A District 7 test on Thursday, February 22. New Mexico School for the Deaf will encounter a Silverbacks squad coming off a 76-22 league win over Chesterton Academy (Albuquerque, NM). The Silverbacks record now stands at 19-5.
