Union Yellowjackets (Union, MS) fans left the game pleased Friday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Scott Central Rebels (Forest, MS), 12-2 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Union advances its record to 3-2 on the season. The Yellowjackets host Morton (Morton, MS) to battle the Panthers in a non-league match on Saturday, February 22. The Panthers come into the match with a record of 1-2. Morton lost 6-5 in their recent non-league match against Northeast Lauderdale (Meridian, MS)

The Rebels now have a 0-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mize for a non-league match on Monday, February 24. Scott Central will battle a Bulldogs squad coming off a 9-0 non-league loss to Taylorsville (Taylorsville, MS). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-2.
