In Saturday's non-league test, the Alcorn Central Bears (Glen, MS) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting New Site Royals (New Site, MS), by a tally of 12-0.

Next, the Bears clash with the Mooreville Troopers (Mooreville, MS) in a non-league test, on Monday, February 24. Alcorn Central will attempt to advance on its 2-2 season record.

The Royals (0-2) will now prepare for their test against West Union (Myrtle, MS). The Eagles go into the non-league test with a 0-0 record.
