Fieldcrest Knights (Minonk, IL) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Bishop McNamara Fightin' Irish (Kankakee, IL), 72-47 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Fieldcrest upgrades its record to 32-1 on the season. The Knights travel to Manteno (Manteno, IL) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 27. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 25-4. Manteno won 65-45 in their recent league bout against Coal City (Coal City, IL)
