The North Farmington Raiders basketball team scored 53 points and held the visiting Athens Red Hawks to 46 in the Raiders league triumph on Thursday.

The Raiders now sport a 11-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bloomfield Hills for a non-league contest on Monday, February 28. North Farmington will battle a Black Hawks team coming off a 48-39 league loss to Berkley (Berkley, MI). The Black Hawks record now stands at 3-16.

The Red Hawks (6-14) will now prepare for their contest against Mott (Warren, MI). The Marauders enter the non-league contest with a 3-14 record. In their last contest, Mott was nudged by Roseville (Roseville, MI), 56-27, in a non-league contest.
