Minnesota High School Basketball - Triton edges Blooming Prairie
February 24, 2023: Blooming Prairie, MN 55917 The Triton Cobras (Dodge Center, MN) basketball nipped the host Blooming Prairie Awesome Blossoms (Blooming Prairie, MN), 61-57 in Friday's league test.
The Cobras (7-17) will now prepare for their test against Lewiston-Altura (Lewiston, MN). The Cardinals go into the AA Section 1 test with a 11-15 record. In their last test, Lewiston-Altura got by St. Charles (St. Charles, MN), 73-64, in a league test.
The Awesome Blossoms now own a 10-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to La Crescent for a AA Section 1 contest on Thursday, March 2. Blooming Prairie will meet a Lancers team coming off a 49-46 league loss to Caledonia (Caledonia, MN). The Lancers record now stands at 18-9.
