February 24, 2025: Frankfort, MI 49635 The Leland Comets (Leland, MI) basketball edged the host Frankfort Panthers (Frankfort, MI), 52-49 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Comets now possess a 3-18 record. They play next when they travel to St. Mary for a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 26. Leland will play a Eagles team coming off a 46-38 non-league loss to Suttons Bay (Suttons Bay, MI). The Eagles record now stands at 13-6.
With the loss, Frankfort falls to 11-11 on the campaign.
