Waller Bulldogs (Waller, TX) backers left the game pleased Tuesday as they saw their softball squad thwart the host Cypress Lakes Spartans (Katy, TX), 17-4 in a league game.

With the triumph, Waller upgrades its record to 7-5 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Brenham (Brenham, TX) to confront the Cubs in a non-league match on Friday, February 27. The Cubs come into the match with a record of 5-6. Brenham lost 5-4 in their recent league match against College Station (College Station, TX)

In their next game, the Spartans confront the Klein Cain Hurricanes (Houston, TX) in a non-league match, on Thursday, February 26. Cypress Lakes will attempt to better on its 5-5 season record. The Hurricanes come into the match with a 2-8 record after their 11-0 league loss to Magnolia (Magnolia, TX).
