Indiana High School Basketball - Decatur Central fells Beech Grove

February 25, 2025: Indianapolis, IN 46221

The Decatur Central Hawks basketball team scored 69 points and limited the visiting Beech Grove Hornets to 50 in the Hawks non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Hawks now have a 7-15 record. They play next when they travel to Southport for a non-league game on Tuesday, March 4. Decatur Central will confront a Cardinals team coming off a 73-55 non-league loss to Lawrence Central (Indianapolis, IN). The Cardinals record now stands at 11-11.

With the loss, Beech Grove falls to 8-15 on the campaign. The Hornets host Whiteland (Whiteland, IN) to confront the Warriors in a non-league game on Friday, February 28. The Warriors go into the game with a record of 12-11. Whiteland won 67-65 in their recent non-league game against Jennings County (North Vernon, IN)
