Decatur Central Hawks (Indianapolis, IN) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Perry Meridian Falcons (Indianapolis, IN), 72-45 in a league match.

With the victory, Decatur Central upgrades its record to 6-14 on the year. The Hawks travel to University (Carmel, IN) to face the Trailblazers in a non-league match on Saturday, February 22. The Trailblazers enter the match with a record of 12-8. University lost 60-31 in their recent non-league match against Westfield (Westfield, IN)

The Falcons now sport a 6-16 record. They put it on the line next when they host Greenfield-Central for a non-league match on Wednesday, February 26. Perry Meridian will face a Cougars squad coming off a 102-62 non-league win over Martinsville (Martinsville, IN). The Cougars record now stands at 20-3.
