February 26, 2024: North Charleston, SC 29405 In Monday's league test, the visiting Philip Simmons Iron Horses lacrosse squad scored a tight 3-0 victory over the Academic Magnet Raptors.
The Iron Horses now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Laurence Manning Academy for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 27. Philip Simmons will face a Swampcats squad coming off a 7-5 non-league loss to Spring Valley (Columbia, SC). The Swampcats record now stands at 1-3.
In their next game, the Raptors face the North Myrtle Beach Chiefs (Little River, SC) in a 4A-1A Lower test, on Saturday, March 2. Academic Magnet will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record.
