March 21, 2024: Charleston, SC 29492 The Philip Simmons Iron Horses lacrosse team scored 7 points and held the visiting Academic Magnet Raptors to 6 in the Iron Horses league win on Thursday.
The Iron Horses (4-6) will now prepare for their match against Socastee (Myrtle Beach, SC). The Braves go into the non-league match with a 8-2 record. In their last match, Socastee was tipped by Wando (Mt. Pleasant, SC), 19-7, in a league match.
The Raptors (0-7) will now prepare for their match against Effingham County (Springfield, GA). The Rebels go into the non-league match with a 2-5 record. In their last match, Effingham County nudged Islands (Savannah, GA), 15-5, in a non-league match.
