The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Staples Wreckers (Westport, CT) and the host Ridgefield Tigers (Ridgefield, CT), observed Staples's basketball team knock off Ridgefield by a score of 68-58.

The Wreckers (21-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Kolbe-Cathedral (Bridgeport, CT). The Cougars come into the non-league challenge with a 11-10 record. In their last challenge, Kolbe-Cathedral dropped by New Fairfield (New Fairfield, CT), 52-45, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Tigers encounter the East Catholic Eagles (Manchester, CT) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, March 4. Ridgefield will attempt to improve on its 19-6 season record.
