The Pirates now hold a 15-1 record. They play next when they travel to China Spring for a 4A Region 3 District 23 challenge on Tuesday, March 4. La Vega will encounter a Cougars squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Meyer (Waco, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 11-6.
With the loss, Hearne moves to 3-11 on the year. The Eagles host Robinson (Robinson, TX) to encounter the Rockets in a 4A Region 3 District 23 challenge on Tuesday, March 4. The Rockets go into the challenge with a record of 12-5. Robinson won 8-0 in their recent league challenge against Harmony Science Academy (Waco, TX)
