The Ashbrook Greenwave baseball team (Gastonia, NC), was overwhelmed 11-3 in Tuesday's non-league outing with the visiting Palisades Pumas (Charlotte, NC)

The Pumas now hold a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Forestview for a non-league outing on Friday, March 3. Palisades will confront a Jaguars team coming off a 7-5 non-league win over Lincolnton (Lincolnton, NC). The Jaguars record now stands at 1-1.

Next, the Greenwave confront the Chambers Cougars (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league outing, on Wednesday, March 1. Ashbrook will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record.
