Forestview Jaguars (Gastonia, NC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Palisades Pumas (Charlotte, NC), 10-8 in a non-league test.

With the win, Forestview upgrades its record to 7-12 on the season. The Jaguars host Huss (Gastonia, NC) to battle the Huskies in a Big South 3A test on Friday, April 21. The Huskies come into the test with a record of 1-11. Huss won 6-4 in their recent non-league test against West Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC)

With the defeat, Palisades falls to 5-11 on the season. The Pumas travel to Harding University (Charlotte, NC) to battle the Rams in a So Meck 4A test on Friday, April 21. The Rams come into the test with a record of 1-11. Harding University lost 21-0 in their recent league test against Palisades (Charlotte, NC)
