Bronson Vikings (Bronson, MI) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Springport Spartans (Springport, MI), 65-53 in a league bout.

With the victory, Bronson upgrades its record to 12-9 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to East Jackson (Jackson, MI) to play the Trojans in a non-league bout on Thursday, March 2. The Trojans come into the bout with a record of 10-10. East Jackson won 70-22 in their recent league bout against Vandercook Lake (Jackson, MI)

Next up, the Spartans play the Varsity Opponent (, ) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, March 2. Springport will attempt to upgrade on its 1-20 season record. The come into the bout with a 450-1365 record after their 73-42 non-league loss to The City School (Philadelphia, PA).
