The Hoggard Vikings baseball squad (Wilmington, NC), 8-6 in Friday's non-league contest with the visiting Myers Park Mustangs (Charlotte, NC)

With the triumph, Myers Park moves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Mustangs travel to New Hanover (Wilmington, NC) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league contest on Saturday, March 1. The Wildcats come into the contest with a record of 1-0. New Hanover won 11-1 in their recent non-league contest against Croatan (Newport, NC)

The Vikings now possess a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Carteret for a non-league contest on Tuesday, March 4. Hoggard will confront a Patriots squad coming off a 5-4 non-league loss to D.H. Conley (Greenville, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 1-1.
