The Porter Cowboys (Brownsville, TX) baseball got by the visiting Pace Vikings (Brownsville, TX), 4-3 in Friday's non-league challenge.

The Cowboys now own a 1-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Economedes for a non-league challenge on Friday, February 28. Porter will clash with a Jaguars team coming off a 8-1 non-league loss to Hanna (Brownsville, TX). The Jaguars record now stands at 1-4.
