Alabama High School Soccer - Hartselle knocks off Austin
February 28, 2025: Hartselle, AL 35640 Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the Hartselle Tigers (Hartselle, AL) and the visiting Austin Black Bears (Decatur, AL), saw Hartselle's soccer squad prevail over Austin by a count of 5-1.
The Tigers (7-1) will now prepare for their battle against Decatur (Decatur, AL). The Red Raiders enter the non-league battle with a 4-2 record. In their last battle, Decatur tipped West Morgan (Trinity, AL), 6-1, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Black Bears battle the James Clemens Jets (Madison, AL) in a 7A Area 8 battle, on Tuesday, March 4. Austin will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Jets enter the battle with a 3-1 record after their 0-0 league Bob Jones (Madison, AL).
