Georgia High School Soccer - Mt. Zion knocks off North Clayton
February 28, 2025: College Park, GA 30349 The Mt. Zion Bulldogs soccer squad scored 6 points and held the host North Clayton Eagles to 0 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Friday.
The Bulldogs now hold a 2-0 record. They play next when they host Riverdale for a bout on Tuesday, March 4. Mt. Zion will encounter a Raiders squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to McDonough (McDonough, GA). The Raiders record now stands at 3-1.
With the loss, North Clayton moves to 0-2 on the year. The Eagles travel to Stephenson (Stone Mountain, GA) to encounter the Jaguars in a bout on Tuesday, March 4. The Jaguars go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Stephenson won 6-2 in their recent non-league bout against Southwest DeKalb (Decatur, GA)
