The Mount Tabor Spartans baseball squad (Winston-Salem, NC), was overwhelmed 14-2 in Thursday's non-league test with the visiting Southwest Guilford Cowboys (High Point, NC)

With the win, Southwest Guilford upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Cowboys host Western Alamance (Elon, NC) to battle the Warriors in a non-league test on Monday, March 4. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 1-1. Western Alamance won 11-2 in their recent non-league test against Western Guilford (Greensboro, NC)

With the defeat, Mount Tabor falls to 0-2 on the season. The Spartans host Glenn (Kernersville, NC) to battle the Bobcats in a Central Piedmont 4A test on Monday, March 4. The Bobcats come into the test with a record of 1-0. Glenn won 11-0 in their recent non-league test against Wheatmore (Trinity, NC)
