February 3, 2023: Lexington, KY 40507 The Bryan Station Defenders (Lexington, KY) basketball nipped the host Sayre Spartans (Lexington, KY), 64-60 in Friday's league test.
The Defenders (8-14) will now prepare for their test against Garrard County (Lancaster, KY). The Golden Lions go into the non-league test with a 8-12 record. In their last test, Garrard County was tipped by Casey County (Liberty, KY), 91-84, in a non-league test.
The Spartans now own a 10-6 record. They play next when they travel to Williamstown for a non-league test on Saturday, February 4.
